1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
We don't have a 'live' availability calendar - simply drop us an email to check out your dates and and we'll get back to you straight away. It always helps if you can be a little flexible - if so, let us know what is (and isn't) possible for you.
If we have space on (or close to) your dates, we'll include with our reply a link to our online booking form (or booking forms if you're booking The Cottage alongside L'Atelier d'Artiste).
If you'd like to book but need a little time to organise work leave, travel etc, let us know and we can hold your dates on a provisional basis for 48 hours while you sort out the practicals.
2. COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM
Complete and send the online booking form, from the link in the email you've received.
Once we've got it, we'll then hold your dates while we go through the rest of the booking procedure, as long as you keep to your bit of the timetable!
3. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once we have your booking form, you'll receive (within 24 hours at most, usually much faster) a confirmation email which will tell you how to make your deposit payment - we ask for 40% of the total cost of your holiday, unless you're booking within 8 weeks of your arrival in which case we ask for full payment at the time of booking.
You'll need to make sure that your deposit reaches us within 7 days. Your booking is fully confirmed once we receive your deposit.
4. PAY YOUR BALANCE
The balance of your holiday payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival. We'll send you a reminder a couple of weeks beforehand. Your security deposit is paid separately a month before your holiday (see below).
4. LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR HOLIDAY
We'll send you a whole shed load of information around a month before your arrival date - if there's any way we can help with anything before that, just ask.
