1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Start with our availability calendar - remember that you can arrive on any day of the week, which gives you maximum flexibility if you're booking flights or ferries.
We positively welcome you to get in touch - to double-check availability, ask us any questions or just have a chat about life, the universe and everything. If you're chomping at the bit to bag your dates, drop us a quick email and we'll get right back to you.
If on the other hand you need a couple of days to coordinate flight or ferry bookings, work leave and all the rest, we're more than happy to hold your dates on a provisional basis for up to 48 hours if you ask us to.
2. COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM
Once we've agreed your dates with you, we'll ask you to complete and return our online booking form within 24 hours. We'll then hold dates while we go through the rest of the booking procedure, as long as you keep to your bit of the timetable!
3. CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Once we have your booking form, you'll receive (within 24 hours at most, usually much faster) a confirmation email which will tell you how to make your deposit payment - we ask for 40% of the total cost of your holiday, unless you're booking within 8 weeks of your arrival in which case we ask for full payment at the time of booking.
You'll need to make sure that your deposit reaches us within 7 days. Your booking is fully confirmed once we receive your deposit.
4. PAY YOUR BALANCE
The balance of your holiday payment is due 8 weeks before your arrival. We'll send you a reminder a couple of weeks beforehand.
4. LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR HOLIDAY
We'll send you a whole shed load of information around a month before your arrival date - if there's any way we can help with anything before that, we're always delighted to chat with our guests-to-be, either by email or by phone.
